[Discuss] Battle Bug

Well, I'm entirely incompetent at using BugTracker. I've tried, and  
never really got the hang of it...

Anywho, I dunno if anybody noticed, but no battles are happening  
anywhere in the world. or, at least, on Atamara or Belluaterra.

I'll go ahead and confess: this is of particular interest to me  
because it disfavors a realm I'm in. There, I said it.

Just thought I'd let everybody know in case you weren't aware. It'd  
be handy if we:
1. Didn't argue about it
2. Were EXTRA careful to not exploit that bug so long as its around  
(i.e. Now it wouldn't be very nice to move 30k into an enemy  
heartland when they can't fight you to drive you out, would it? No,  
thats not happening as far as I know, but its just an example to  
display the point)
