I still don't entirely agree with this (I think it goes a bit too  
far, though not nearly as much as the previous wording), but I think  
it can work, given a little time to adjust.

However, I have one big, purely practical, request:

Make an in-game announcement that you're changing the inalienable  
rights, with both the text of the changes, *and* some very clear  
explanations of what exactly they mean, once you're certain of what  
they're going to be.

Better yet, make it something that you have to read before you can  
even get to your family page, like changed to the the Social Contract  
are.

This is the *only* way you can be certain of reaching everyone with  
it, and not having to deal with people still violating these rights  
because they just haven't heard of them for the next 6 months.
