Nobody was punished for what he said. However, there is a specific
warning in the game itself, as someone else pointed out already, about
bringing things up at certain places.

You have the right to speak your mind. That doesn't mean you can speak
wherever and whenever you choose.

In order to not have the in-game message system, which is sub-optimal,
we all agree on that, be the victim of flamewars and OOC message floods,
there are some restrictions on topics that should not be brought up
in-game. One of those is Titans decisions, specifically because
complaining about them there is pure and simply whining. Why would you
complain about something before an audience that can't do shit about it,
except to vent?

The correct place to point your complaints to is outlined within the
game, as well as a specific notice to _not_ whine about it in-game.

I don't care about what exactly was said or what opinion is expressed at
all.
