Ok, it was easy to do because I had already anticipated banking fees 
might be added one day.

You can now transfer 5 and 10 gold on testing. Both will cost 1 gold in 
transfer fees (i.e. 4 and 9 will actually arrive).

According to Thomas' calculation, 5 gold would be about £2k, which for a 
_noble_ is a reasonable amount below which he wouldn't bother.
