That's exactly what I was thinking before.  However, I believe this  
statement of Tom's shows that he *does* expect us to do something  
about it:

Naturally, it's not right to harass someone who's seen the error of  
their ways, or someone who's already been soundly punished by Tom and  
can't really do anything to undo the abuse.  But in this case, what  
*should* be done has been made quite clear.  If the people in  
question do not do so, they are continuing to abuse the game.
