Thank you for making that clear.

In the past, it has always been assumed that if you, Tom, didn't  
change something back, it meant that you were saying it was OK to  
keep it that way, even if you handed down a punishment related to  
it.  For instance, the infamous Tarasac giveaway debacle...is that  
already over a year ago?  Wow...

So anyway, we thought it was up to you to do this stuff, and we were  
supposed to just abide by whatever punishment you handed down, and  
assume it was sufficient.  Now that we know that's not meant to be  
the case, we can try some player-based justice.

I will take these words to heart, and take them into the game.
