[Discuss] Suggestion: Claims length v. Realm existence

Doesn't a ruler lose access for the command page, "Your realm has been
destroyed, there's nothing to command" or something like that, when
they lose the last region?

You could manipulate things so only a rural region had a claim on it
(when you're down to two regions, let them TO the capital, declare
peace, then declare war, TO the rural region, then the realm is dead
and only the rural region is claimed), but doing things only to make
the game do what you want is abuse.
