No, it is not basically a rebellion.
And no, people who think you are doing a lousy job as king do not 
automatically at the same time doubt that you are, indeed, part of the 
royal bloodline.

And comparing middle ages feudalism to modern US presidency perks is 
shaky at best and doesn't serve as an argument at  all.
