We've seen this before - although I think it was resolved in the past
by serious-wound removing the duke - which doesn't work anymore.

I seem to recall Tom mentioned before he planned to implement an
option to dispute/claim the title of someone who is serious-wounded.
That would mean you could have him assassinated and then get someone
to challenge the title. But I don't think anything like that has been
put in place yet.
