[Discuss] Guild Members Removed When Wounded

Is this an intended behavior, that guild members are removed from
guilds once they get wounded in any way? I could only imagine all
guilds will eventually lose their founders in this way. If this is not
a feature, I will report it to the bugtracker. Await the answer.
