[Discuss] cache update

I've moved from Turck MMCache to eAccelerator. If that means nothing to 
you, ignore it. :-)

Point is - if you see very weird errors, especially pages loading blank 
or stuff that is NOT a game error, but looks as if parts of the site 
have broken down - alert me. There shouldn't be trouble because 
eAccelerator is a fork from Turck, but just in case. So far, everything 
seems to work fine.
