[Discuss] Feature Request - New class: Nobleman

Could we have a new class, simply called "Nobleman", for characters
that do not wish to be involved in any military, bureaucratic or trade
actions. They would be limited to a small unit, would receive no class
specific tax points (under the current system. They would receive some
similar small amount under the new system). They would not be able to
take any hostile actions (looting, starting TOs, etc).

It would be an entirely RPed class - no special features. It's
primarily to give an response to the argument "You're a soldier so
you're obligated to fight".
