Err...now I'm more confused.  Samuel Knowlton said:

In response to that, you said:

*That* is what I was responding to--you saying that infiltrators not  
being taxed would make sense, because bounties shouldn't be taxable  
income.

And, like I said, the only way to make that work in anything like a  
realistic manner would require the game to account for where every  
gold piece comes from.  Not too feasible.
