That's because you're misunderstanding me. I wasn't making a
suggestion, I was explaining why someone else's argument (that not
taxing people who are far from there realms wouldn't work because it
would mean infils rarely get taxed) wasn't valid.

Infils not getting taxed (once they've finished training, anyway - and
they rarely have much gold during training, so that's unimportant) is
a consequence of the original idea, it's not an extra suggestion.
