Perhaps I am mistaken, but I believe not having it is quite 
intentional.  Makes sense too.  If you can't remember about how good you 
are, unless you get tested by someone who knows what they're doing, you 
wouldn't really know.  People often have inflated impressions of 
themselves, or, they can undervalue themselves.
