[Discuss] Looting: Destroying Military Infrastructure

Does this option no longer actually destroy the RC and buildings?  In
practice over the last few days, by my estimation my character's realm's
looting should have destroyed a couple RCs, but they are still standing
and we have received no notice of them even going down a level.
