A solution for this problem will be in the next update - random honour 
losses for others in the realm. "Aren't you his uncle twice removed? 
Sure you aren't a lowly peasant, too?" and "Didn't you go hunting with 
him last summer? Were you in on the scam?"...

To get people into action, you have to hit them close to home. Losing a 
few points of honour themselves might put an end to the "whatever" attitude.
