[Discuss] Bugtracker: avoiding duplicates

Do you generally upload all the fixes you've prepared at once? If so,
could you put the date of the last such upload somewhere (the front
page of bugtracker, prehaps) so people can compare that to the date
you marked the bug as fixed and if it was marked fixed after the last
update, they know they need to wait before reporting it as still
broken.
