Wait, wait, wait...

According to Tom:
1) Region taxes are collected, including "Contribution from other regions"
2) knights are paid

Therefore, knight shares are *affected* by duchy shares, right?

So:
if (knight of duke) then
  knight share = oath % * (taxes collected + taxes collected from regions)
else
  knight share = oath % * (taxes collected)
