[Discuss] Policy change

Hi all,
Since Tom is not on the discussion list and this is to go to all the
players who are on both the lists, I am sending this on his behalf.

As suggested a few days earlier, there will be a policy change in the
"Titans" over a couple of continents. The policy for the new few
weeks(no end deadline), is intended to be an experiment. There have been 
numerous complaints, bickering and unrest about the actions of the 
Titans and the entire concept. Hence the new policy. It will be enforced 
as follows:


* EI - "Angry god", which means Tom will in charge and will handle any
and all issues. As the name implies, also without much mercy.
* Atamara - Anything goes. *No* enforcement of *any* kind, and a clear
statement that the social contract, the inalienable rights, anything is
not valid on Atamara. I do mean anything goes.
* Colonies - Player-enforced. The players will handle things themselves.
Any issues, any quibbles will have to be handled IG by them.

That is all the information I have so questions to me would be pointless.
