I do not understand why is so much code being requested for diplomacy; 
limits on how the game is to be played etc.
Is it really so bad? (And yes I speak from the receive end of such a 
war, a super alliance gangbanging my realm) It does suck, but we live 
with it and play it accordingly. (And yes, I am proud to say, I did not 
fall into the trap to go in for a massive alliance)
