Actually yes there has been numberous complains. I am not sure if the
Titans are not set up to investigate it or they need an air tight
case... but there has been limited action to stuff that no one sees
reasons for are increadably fishy.

I have. I have seen it from people inside other realms and I have seen
it from the other sides personally as well. Personally I would have
lightning bolted quite a few people. One of the conditions when
starting FE was that we would have a shared history and we would use
that history to assure we had an island that made sense. That if there
was a issue people would listen to others that knew and adjust there
gaming accoordingly.
But instead what we get is "I don't care, as far as I am concerned this
realm didn't exist until I got here." Of course we saw a rather OOC
takeover of a realm by a group of people joining it to tipo the scales
in there favor so they could do just that. Nothing was done about this
with several orginal designing insiders complaining it as well as the
player that created the realm telling them how dead wrong they were and
it was all completely ignored.
Kicks issued for reasons that players were not RPing like the the judge
of the realm wanted them too in very quiet realms, or kicks issued
because a player didn't want to get invovled in a legislative (endless
rule making) body have been ignored as well causing players that like
the light weight and roleplay aspects of the game. All in direct
contradiction to FE but to the game... and nothing has been acted on.
Alliances that not only are suspected as being fishy springing up but
nothing is ever said about them and how they happened at all. Not even
a line or 2 to lie about how they happened.

You would be correct. I refused to form massve alliances and busted a
few whose sole intention was to destroy other realms for no reason at all.
