[Discuss] DB Update

The update currently running on the database is another attempt at 
solving the recent performance problems.

Since memory seems to be the main issue, and a few database tables could 
be identified as the most crucial ones, I am now reducing the memory 
requirements. Due to the tables being interlinked by foreign keys, a 
progressive update is not possible. That's why there is a short downtime 
for the game. It should all be over in maybe 30 minutes.

World 1 (EI) is already converted, and the database size dropped from 
268 MB to 223 MB - that's about 17% of database space I could save just 
by optimization. I expect the total savings to be on the order of about 
150 MB. Most importantly, however, index space will be reduced 
considerably, allowing better caching.
