[Discuss] Evil religions.

If religion A declares evil on religion B does it cause religion Bs 
people to convert to religion As religion, if they're outnumbered?  If 
the region commander is a member of religion A and they're outnumbered?  
Does religion B get a message about what's happening?  Do they need a 
temple in the region to get such a message?  Will there be fights among 
the people?
