It wasn't your idea. You may modify the idea before you implement it,
but until then I'm discussing the idea that was originally suggested,
and I'm pretty sure that didn't include delayed messages within the
region. If I misinterpretted tj layer, then I apologise, but it's up
to him to tell me that, not you.
