Please don't do that. There are times when I work that I can only check
the sunrise turn right after the turn, then I have to sleep then work
and I'm not home until after the sunset turn. When you do stuff like
that it only benefits the most active. It sounds good on paper but it
doesn't work the way you want it to. The people that are super active
and can still keep checking it until 1 are going to benefit, and the
people who can't are still going to lag behind.

Tom, I'm not 100% sure what you're asking for. This is a war game, I
thought the point was to make your army the most efficient it can be. I
thought it's already against the rules to ban someone if they couldn't
have seen the orders. What's wrong with expecting people to follow
orders if they have seen it? Or am I missing your point?
