Thomas, please stop discussing this as if you were writing the code. I 
know you mean no harm, but people reading the list only occasionally 
probably _will_ think you're "in the know" (because you talk as if you 
were) and will go in-game, or on IRC, or wherever, and tell all their 
friends that that's what I'm currently working on.

When in fact it isn't.

I have not said how long exactly the delays will be.
I have not said if messages within the same region will be instantly.
I have not said if there will be any delays at all.


Quite frankly, the way this discussion is going I'll think twice about 
discussing any new ideas on the list first.
