[Discuss] Theoretical realistic messaging

Always a good question. It would mean that council members, who
generally send lots of messages, wouldn't have as much time to do
other things, which would mean more delegation. The general can't
have a TO unit because he'd never be able to get to the battle, for
example (although I haven't seen many generals with TO units, so bad
example).

I think increased realism always adds something to the game. The
important question is if it adds enough to counter any problems it
causes (like people not people able to talk as much). I think it
does, since you can send a lot of messages before you lose an hour.
Most players would probably only lose an hour once every couple of
days.

By the same logic, it should take time to read messages, but that has
the added problem of making spam even worse, so doesn't gain enough to
be worth adding to the game.
