I do agree, and yet we try to do justice to everyone.
But yes, my way as a Titan would be to hand the small punishments
(warning, position loss) out no matter how sorry someone is, and maybe
lay back on the harsh punishments (account block) in that case, but only
for the first time someone did it.
But the Titans are the Titans, and they enforce the rules differently on
different islands. Which is a good thing, because it allows us to gauge
the effectiveness of various methods.
