So when they say we're hosting a tournament they're kicked out of their 
position?  It takes the players in the game to do it, Tom.  This must 
have been reported though?  The only problem with your rules, at least 
the way the titans enforce it, is if you apologize afterwards, they 
don't care.  So you can pretty much say whatever you want about it, get 
your two cents in and they say "oh sorry didn't realize".  Make it so 
that even if you apologize afterwards or whatever you do you're gone.  
That's the only way I can see it stopping.  If people know that justice 
will be swift and severe, they'll stop.
