Is there any way to contact a religion without joining it?

With guilds you could just join it, but as you can only be in one
religion, that doesn't work.  Is there any way to even find out who is
a member so you can contact them either by meeting them or via their
ruler?

If not (and even if so - it's just not as important), I suggest an
option when you visit a temple/guildhouse to send a message to the
founder or all senior members, or something. (Probably best not to
reveal who they are, so picking someone to contact wouldn't work)

There are discussions about the inter-religion relations, but without
a practical way to talk to other religions, it's difficult to do...
