1) I believe that if you can't support militia at tax day with the  
tax gold in the region, they disband.  I haven't seen this for a long  
time, but I think I have seen it.  So while you can keep obscene  
amounts of militia around briefly, they won't last...

2) Wouldn't it have been better to have posted this to the bugtracker  
as a private bug?  It *is* about a potentially serious exploit...
