I don't think so, or if it does, it doesn't cause much.  That's what I
was anticipating people doing.  The main disadvantage is that you have
to stay in the other realm for at least 2 weeks (I think), unless you
get them to ban you (which would be abuse anyway), but then you
certainly do lose H/P.
