Well, I suppose so, but I'm really not buying it that that has ever been
a problem that needed a measure like this to counter. These overly broad
restrictions often harm the game more than they make it better. Why not
limit it to just new accounts? The join date is recorded already, can't
be too hard to check if an account is older than 30 days and slam the
restriction if necessary. Why do the excisting players, players who
might have been playing for years, have to suffer restrictions that are
aimed solely against new players of the game?
