[Discuss] On the 30 days rule

Apparently, you can not create a new character in a realm that's under 
30 days old. As it is, this prevents the creation of new characters in 
the South-East Island. Would it be possible to make an exception to 
South-East Island or just remove the whole restriction? I fail to see 
why such a restriction has been put in place in the first place. I 
suppose it's meant to protect new players, but yet again it serves to 
annoy anyone who has played the game for a while.
