[Discuss] Claims dont seem to be working

Okay, I'm short of time so sorry if this is jumbled or doesnt make  
sense.

Claims arent working. Ardmore in Beluaterra just got TOed by Luz de  
Bia, and their is no claim, its at province and it doesnt say "Claim  
of Riombara" or whatever its supposed to. It just says "Imperial  
Region".

Shouldnt it say something about the claim?
