East Continent story:

After the siege of Isadril and the end of Fallangard, Tom intervened and created Yssaria. How about intervening again? It would be quite fair. Bigger realms than Fallangard are destroyed recently.

Second question, as I don't follow the changes in the game mechanics anymore. 
What happened to the feature of "Big realm penalty"? Bigger realms were harder to manage than smaller (that had a "Small realm bonus") causing part of their regions going rogue. Apparently, it does not work allowing some realms expand with no limit and swallow half of the continent.
