[Discuss] Moving capital

The reasons that it's abuse are just as Drago has said: the only
reason it gives a military advantage is because of a specific
restriction imposed by Tom--no recruiting except in the capital--and
if that is disregarded, as it is a purely game-mechanics issue, it
makes absolutely no sense to move your capital to the front. Indeed,
it makes most sense to move it *away* from the front, to the center
of your realm, which make it a) more, well, central, and thus
accessible to the people of your realm, and b) more defensible.
After all, if the enemy can take your capital, you're in deep trouble.

It's not something that any reasonable King or Prime Minister of the
era would want to do, not in a hundred years, unless there was some
specific cultural or political reason for it. It would never be done
for a military advantage, because without Tom's explicit and
deliberate restriction on recruitment, there would be none. That
makes doing it to gain that advantage an abuse.
