[Discuss] Prestige req for ruler changed?

Yes. But like I said, it's a peaceful realm. No battles = No prestige. So if 
one guy who has been there in the wars before has enough prestige to trump 
everyone else, who due to the way the game works can't get it, then he is 
the only one, forcing us to have rebellions which are quite honestly 
motivated not completely by IC dislike, but also the fact that OOC we feel 
injustice at the fact we can't actually vote, like we are supposed to be 
able to.

It's called new characters... but they can grow old without fighting. one 
character I know with 12 honour and 2 prestige after 4 months. It never gets 
easy. So I suggest more voting diversity.
