Although I like the basic idea, isn't it already sort of covered by your 
ability (and yes, it can be done) to hire an infiltrator?

What you are suggesting, although well thought up, would basically have 
exactly the same effects, only it would incur a lot of collaterel (sp.?) 
damage and be foolproof, unlike an infil strike (and as you said, if the 
king and judge are in cahoots, that infil even has an almost risk free job).

new nugget of knowledge it brings to me makes me a little bit stupider.
