[Discuss] Banker on the South East Island?

In the newly created realm of Toren Stronghold on the SEI there is the banker position.  I am not sure if that was just an oversight, but I wanted to ask here.  I remember that there was no banker position in Toren SWI, so I am thinking that when Tom coded the new realm, he forgot to remove the banker position.
