It should be possible to hold more than one council postion. IC, people
probably wouldn't put up with it. So why have the restriction? It is
possible to RP characters differetly. I do it just fine, except I suspect
that the players, rather than the characters, don't trust one of my
characters who stayed.
You haven't been in Perdan. I'm pretty sure Naira wouldn't let you campaign.
One council position per account is a bit harsh on the players. It's the
player attitude that will eventually come around to changing the way places
are appointed, not the game mechanics.

new nugget of knowledge it brings to me makes me a little bit stupider.
