I forgot the link to post in the bugtracker (it was booked somewhere)

I have a character in hero class. When I emigrated from the FEI to the
EC, my fame points rose by 3, just as when a hero character dies. It
was after Tom added some extra fame points to the code, so now I am in
doubt:

When I emigrated, the character was "deleted" and presumed dead,
adding the fame points, is it part of the new "fame points pack"
recently added or it was a misterious event like 5 participations in a
tournament, emigrating to 3 different continents and back "home",
prestige sum milestone..?
