You can not rate content in an international game. Every nation and 
culture has different ratings, and something that's a total non-issue in 
most of Europe, say partial nudity, gives parts of the US a freakout 
reason, while some of what you americans call "mild violence" is too 
graphic for other parts of the world. And let's not even start about 
really foreign cultures, like arabs or asians.


If you as a parent let your young kid on the Internet without 
supervision, then you are to blame, not whatever sites it finds there.
