[Discuss] Suggestion (yes, another one) - formal treaties regarding borders

...and it ought, by preference, to be able to handle any number of  
realms greater than 1, if, for instance, three realms are  
signatories, with a third as neutral witness.

And probably an arbitrary number of treaties, too, as a Realm A and  
Realm B might have one peace treaty, and a separate trading  
agreement...etc.

I really like the idea :-)
