[Discuss] Temporary Rulers and Rule-Free Atamara

I know they don't want it - that's why it's being forced on that.
People don't want their King to die, but it still happens (IRL).

I think the answer is to make rulers mortal.  They can die on the
battlefield (like heros), and die by assasination (very hard to do,
far more likely to get captured yourself, but still possible - maybe
the option should only appear once you've reached a very high skill).

Last time I suggested it, people complained that you should have to
agree to lose your character in order to hold a rulership, but I don't
really see how that makes much sense.
