The only judgement that needs to be made regarding that message has
already been made, by Tom.

There is another judgement that every other player needs to make, but
the message this person chose to write is irrelevant to it. The only
thing up to us to decide is whether we'll follow Tom's rules, or pack
up and find another game to play.
