[Discuss] A small suggestion if possible.

I have a char who is King in Atamarra.
Many time si wanted to say some things to my people as anouncements.

Still the only options that i had,were Orders,Important Orders,RP,Report or 
Letter if i recall well.
Still the things that i wanted to say were nothing like these.

They were anouncements.

So i think that we really need anouncements to those that are in command 
positions.

For example,to anounce diplomatic news.To anounce the come of a new General 
or a new Visitor.
To anounce a Tournament or to anounce in general an event.

Am i the only one that there were times that i wanted to anounce something 
and i didnt want to have it in a red box but still it was too important for 
not putting it in one?
