[Discuss] Suggestion - automatic insertion of titles

Players aren't meant to be courteous (well, they are, but using the
modern meaning), characters are.  A shortcut for players to add things
into messages helps the player, not the character.  It comes under the
"lightweight" umbrella.  You shouldn't have to spend a long time
writing your messages out correctly just so your character is acting
appropriately.
