[Discuss] dead character

He actually came out and said that?  Losing just one character is very lenient.

Could someone copy the message he sent here so we can try and
understand why he'd say such a thing?  Everyone knows inactivity is
acceptable, and logging on once a day is enough for most characters
anyway, if you're careful.
